Blank widget

Ok this one may sound strange and probably very simple to fix but…..
I have blank widget on every page. I was moving things around on the side bar and have no idea what I did. I only have a calendar and a text widget that I have a survey imbeded in on the sidebar but the blank widget is showing up in center of the page below the pics. I am using Catch Box theme if that helps. If there was a way to show a screen shot here I would. Any input I can get would be really appreciated!
