    I changed my original review from 1 star to 5 stars for the following reasons:
    – Blazethemes tried to reach my Gmail address, but Gmail seemed to have blocked their attempts.
    – A fair compensation was given.
    – The needed support was given, even on Saturday and Sunday.
    – I think the template works well and looks great.


    Original message (1 star):
    After purchasing the PubNews Pro Bundle with life time license, no support, no reaction is given to my request for support.

    I have reached out through both their platforms, through the template and per email, but it doesn’t help.
