I changed my original review from 1 star to 5 stars for the following reasons:
– Blazethemes tried to reach my Gmail address, but Gmail seemed to have blocked their attempts.
– A fair compensation was given.
– The needed support was given, even on Saturday and Sunday.
– I think the template works well and looks great.
Original message (1 star):
After purchasing the PubNews Pro Bundle with life time license, no support, no reaction is given to my request for support.I have reached out through both their platforms, through the template and per email, but it doesn’t help.
