BLM import missing images??

    Hi,

    importing Openview BLM with images via FTP which has been working in the old JOOMLA site but since moving to WordPress and Property Hive the images are being uploaded but not being added to the property details.

    Properties are created and the text works just fine. Images can be added manually just fine too but that defeats the object of using the plugin.

    Please can you give some indication on how to fix this?

    Update

    I have activated the media queue option and have this on the import page…

    There are 153 items of media queued for download

    No movement over several hours so have had to add the images manually.

    Looking forward to any help you can provide…

    Thanks for getting in touch. This is hard to debug without getting WordPress access and seeing for myself/looking at logs etc.

    Is it possible to send through WP access to [email protected] and I’ll gladly take a look,
