Bloating HTML/Frontend with jQuery Templates

    Hi,
    after activating Download Manager, my Frontend HTML nearly doubled in size on the home page where I don’t even use the plugin.

    Starting with a div#wpdm-popup-link, followed by a dozen jquery Templates, this plugin adds nearly 1300 lines of code to every single page.

    This is madness, why would you do this? I don’t see what this is good for, apart from slowing down page loading. Can this feature be disabled somewhere in the settings?
