block 2 for inserting ad code not working

Hi,

I am using the free version of adinserter which gives me 16 blocks for adding code.

I noticed however that block 2 isn’t working.
Currently, there is an ad code inside which is supposed to appear before paragraph 1 with paragraph being h2.

I have done the same settings for the other blocks for other h2 paragraphs and they all seem to work (see url example).

I also tried the settings of block 2 on another block and it seemed to work but not when
I use it in block 2.

Even when I decided to use different settings for block 2 (eg: appear in footer, above 3rd h3) it all didn’t work.
