Hello!
yes the ip are stored in the database you can actually add them to the email notification if you want, is a fixed value (more about fixed values here: http://sfmanual.rednao.com/documentation/emailing/fixed-values/)
Hope this helps but if it doesn’t please let me know!
Thank you.
How do I find the information of the IP’s in the database at the moment?
I’ve set up the email notifications to include the IP addresses.
But now I need to find out the IP addresses from previous emails so that I can block them from seeing our site and contacting us.
It is stored in the ‘ip’ column of the table called rednao_smart_forms_entry
Regards!
please can you tell me where to find this table, because I can’t see anything.
The only thing I can see is, “entries” and then when I click on that there’s an “analytics” page, which you can add dates to, but once you select “execute”, there is no “IP” column.
Hello!
Sorry actually the table is in your database, unfortunately for now the ip address is only used in the email (to add the ip to the email notification) if you want to see the previous ips though you will need to open your database, unfortunately this is very technical and the steps needed to open your database depends on your host provider.
Regards!
