    Hi @mrclayton

I am experimenting on my staging site (not publicly visible) with the block-based cart and checkout with a view to moving to them.

I get my 3 express checkouts appearing on the checkout page using blocks, However, in the payment options further down, the credit card option appears but not Google Pay or I guess Apple Pay (I’m on Windows / Android so more difficult to confirm). I do need them there, as per my classic checkout, as a gift voucher plugin captures required details at the checkout. In the block editor I get incompatibility warnings for Google Pay, Apple Pay and Link Checkout, (https://prnt.sc/Tgxuohjt4L6M). Your PayPal payment method does appear here!

All plugins are up to date.

    Thanks,

    James

    Hi @james-feaver

Thank you for contacting Payment Plugins.

In the block editor I get incompatibility warnings for Google Pay, Apple Pay and Link Checkout

This is a bug in WooCommerce and we’ve notified their developers on the issue but so far they haven’t addressed it. Here is a link to that Github issue we created:

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/63124

The checkout block wasn’t designed to show express payment options in both the express section and the payment method section. We have found a way around that limitation in the PayPal plugin and will be implementing the same feature in the Stripe plugin, release 4.0.0 which we’re working on.

A blog post and updated documentation will be published soon going over all the upcoming features in 4.0.0. If you would like to be part of testing, please reach out to us via the WordPress Admin > WooCommerce > Stripe > Support widget.

    Kind Regards

    Hi @mrclayton

Thanks for the quick response. It sounds like version 4.0.0 of the Stripe plugin will solve it. I will look out for the blog post and happy to help with testing – I’ll sign up.

I see you’ve asked on the Github issue for an update.

    Thanks,
