    Hello,

Woocommerce now has a new Cart and Checkout experience based on WordPress blocks. It looks nice and works well and it more customizable.

However, when trying to use it I get the message that the payment methods used from the PostFinance Checkout plugin are not compatible with the blocks based checkout. See the screenshot below.

I saw an older post in this support forum that said it was now compatible, but is it? What do I need to do to make it work?

When trying to check out using the new experience anyway, it seems that things work, but only partially. If all user information is entered correctly, the payment goes through. But if user info is not entered or partially entered, the checkout still goes through successfully according to WordPress (but of course the PostFinance backend will say that it failed). I imagine that this is the incompatibility mentioned.

It would be great if you could update us on this matter.

    Thank you

    Hello,

I fail to see how Postfinance people would help with this as it is clearly something to do with the Postfinance plugin for WordPress from this developer…

hi @manuroc because it is a PostFinance plugin, they have dedicated support people and if needed will be able to prioritise it
