Block editor default settings help

Hello,

On the block editor, I was wondering if there’s a way to set the default settings for a “Heading” block?

Currently, I keep having to change the default from H2 to H1, and then the default color over to one of my choice. Is there a way to universally set the default H-setting and color for headings going forward in my posts?

For reference:
I already have Additional CSS rules:

h2 { color:#e52424; }
h3 { color:#e52424; }

This probably isn’t correct given I haven’t seen those default options followed through.
