Block Error

    The plugin was working great, but now when I try to create or edit a block I get the following error: “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.” I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. WordPress and the plugin are up to date.

    Hi,

    Please provide steps to reproduce this bug. In which editor does this happen (page editor, FSE, or Widgets)? Which theme was used? Maybe specific block settings were selected?

    Something that will help me reproduce this issue locally.

    @nko thanks for your response. I am using Gutenberg page editor on WordPress 6.4.2. The theme is Twenty Twenty Three. I’m using Safari, but have also tried Chrome. I was able to set up the block a couple months ago, but now can’t create or edit any advanced WordPress background blocks. Do you know of any plugin incompatibilities?

    I’ve got the same problem. It’s Gutenberg that is the problem. Deactivating it and AWB works fine again.

    Current version of Gutenberg: 17.4.1. WP 6.4.2

    Can’t figure out how long back in the versions the problem occurred, but not that many..? 🙁

    Hi,

    Please, look at the v1.12.2 update, it should work correctly with the latest Gutenberg.
