Block IP addresses for users

    Is there a way to block the IP addresses of users. I’ve had two spambots join my user list and would like to block the IP addresses. I looked up the email prefixes they used and they are spambots. I have found how to block comments using WordPress but not in Security Ninja. Any help in this would be great thanks.

    Hi,
    There’s no such feature in the free version. PRO has IP banning but you can’t manually add IPs. They are automatically added from our cloud service.

    @webfactory I have the pro service. I was just wondering how it can automatically be added. Thank you for your reply.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
