Using Members 3.1.3 on WordPress 5.5.1, and while shortcodes (eg [members_access role=”subscriber”]) and whole page permissions are working as expected, individual block permissions are not.

I get the same on a local test install with minimal plugins and no caching, but with the same outcome.

    Any ideas?
    Many thanks,
    Christopher

    Hi Christopher,

I just tested block permissions with Members 3.1.3 and WordPress 5.5.1 and it worked well. Could you provide more details about how to reproduce this issue? Does it happen with some special custom role?

Many thanks, I have continued to test with various permutations to find a reliable way to replicate it…

It appears individual block permissions are not working when I select multiple roles to show the block to. I do have some custom roles, though when I ignore those and just try testing with core roles I still get the same behaviour.

I just tested block permissions with single and multiple roles selected and wasn’t able to reproduce this issue. Can you give me step by step instructions on how to replicate this?

    Thanks
