Block Slider Pro not installing

    Problem: Block Slider Pro does not appear to be loading properly. The Block Slider Icon is not available in the Block Menu from the FSE editor. Therefore I can’t create a slider or edit. There are no templates listed either.

    I installed Block Slider Pro using the website download and uploaded per the video instructions. I check to see if the files were in the correct directory and they are. Then I notice the dashboard’s menu for Block Slider stated “upgrade to Pro” in yellow letters. Since WP seemed to not recognize the uploaded pro-version, I followed the upgrade instructions through the WP plugin page this time.

    I needed this plugin to create responsive site. Important to have phone screen size properly. Looks like a great tool but there is not appear to be much help or instructions available. Hoping someone can assist.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Hey @ejbttweb

    Do you mean you have already created a slider and unable to insert it on a template in FSE?

    Is that the issue? Or you are unable to create a slider yet. To create a new slider you need to go to your WordPress admin and you should see a menu from Block Slider there where you can create and manage your slides.

    We may discuss it here for now as the issue is not clear, it could be related to the free version as well. Could you please respond to my earlier question here.
