Block subscription

    Hi, is there a way to enter to enter a block list of emails to prevent a subscription? For example, we have a case where someone subscribes and uses someone else’s email address.

    I would like to be able to enter a list of emails / domains that prevent the subscription emails being sent out.

    Hi @yaseico,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! We’re happy to support you.

    I assume that you are seeing spam signups from particular domains? If yes then, Enter the domain names (one per line) that you want to block in the Email Subscribers > Setting > Security > Block Domain.

    Eg: Add mail.ru and other spammy domains to the box. Subscriptions to mailing lists will be blocked by this action.
