Block users and Email digests plugins

Hi, I use the plugin Block users to exclude some users of the site from the points collection and I would like to send a weekly email to users not blocked with the points situation. I got to try email digest, but it also sends the email to someone who is blocked. I wonder: wouldn’t it be more logical for Email digests not to send the email to someone who has been blocked? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to get the effect I would like? Thanks!
