Block Users from Editing Settings?

Is there a way to natively block users from changing the settings on a form that has been created? The users cannot access the page where the short code is, but they can still access the content admin on the backend, and I don’t want them to have the ability to modify it. I didn’t see any settings for this, and the plug-in I used to control access to the site as a whole shows no entry for this plug-in. It does allow custom fields, however. Is there something I can use to bring this up, or something I am missing?
