Block widget not working

    I have chosen a block widget and selected the form in the dropdown. On the page, I am getting [contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]. All searches suggest that I’m using the wrong shortcode, however, I’m not using a shortcode.

    I seem to have fixed it by creating a new form, selecting that form, then changing back to the original form.
