Block Widget Title fields missing in 5.8 RC?

Unless I am needing more sleep, I’m working on a theme and doing it in WordPress 5.8 RC, but while testing the new widgets method, I suddenly realized there are no widget title/heading fields. Were they omitted for a reason, or is this an oversight in development?

Note: I’d post this in the trac, but the option to select the WP version only goes up to 5.7, unless I select “Trunk”?
