I am having the same issues. Seems like when I view the site on Firefox and IE I see the problem but when in Safari I do not. Hope there is a solution.
I didn’t think to try other browsers, but it does the same for me in Chrome, Opera and Firefox.
Hmmm actually when I zoomed in and out of the page it can either throw off the order or keep it intact.
Can you guys please try adding this to your Custom CSS:
.midrow_blocks_wrap .midrow_block{float: none;display: inline-block;vertical-align: top;}

Do you mean Optimizer: Stylesheet (style.css)? And where do I add it/what line/section?

Go to Appearance > Customize > Miscellaneous > Custom Code > Custom CSS and add the code.
