    Hi, i want to block notification comming from WooCommerce but still want all the other notification to come in from other plugin like wpform. is there anyway for me to make the WooCommerce plugin notification specially order notification block for the define smtp mail.
    i have also check to make sure same mail isnt used in the WooCommerce>setting>mail.
    Please let me known for any solution

    Please kindly know, that the main purpose of the WP Mail SMTP plugin is to bridge a connection between your WordPress site and your email mailing service (chosen mailer) to send authenticated emails.

    For example, you have an order form on your website -> the user submits it -> sending of the notification email about the submission is triggered by WooCommerce -> this email goes to the WP Mail SMTP plugin -> WP Mail SMTP plugin routes this email to the mailer -> mailer will send and deliver it further.

    So, emails are triggered to be sent by WooCommerce, and there is no way to control it (disable/enable these emails to be sent) via the WP Mail SMTP plugin.

    You need to disable email sending in the WooCommerce notification settings. Or you can reach out to the WooCommerce support team with this. They’d hopefully be able to help!
