Blocked urls error 404

    Hi please can someone help me.
    I have a website (http://www.sleepsciencememoryfoam.com)and for some time now I have had issues trying to get my site indexed. It may be indexed or it may not as every time I go into google webmaster tools and check my health status,I get the response that all my urls are blocked error 404.
    I wrote to the hosting company and they told me to delete some of the rewrite rules in .txt access file concerning my sitemap rules, which I did but still when I go into GWT I continually see that all urls are still blocked. I think maybe my problems stem from using the wordpress by yoast seo plugin which creates it’s own sitemap but only guessing. It’s hard when you think your site is doing okay but then find out all my back linking has maybe been for nothing. Can anyone please have a look at my site and give me some help so I can fix these issues and learn what where I am going wrong as I really do love doing this stuff and am willing to learn.

    You need to hire a developer for this, we can’t post username/password in this forum.

    You have only one post in your website. Even that post page does not return http 404 (not found), and return proper 200 ok response code. Can you provide a example URL which return 404 error?
