I have IP Geo Block currently setup to deny access for certain countries to a specific page on our web site.

That’s working fine.

Now I want to deny all access to our site from one specific country – South Korea.

But I don’t see a way to mix and match for my needs.

As far as I can tell I would have to have 2 “front-end targets”

1st to restrict content to a few pages on our site for specific countries

2nd to deny all access from South Korea.

Can anyone advise?

You need to setup drop-in.php including some code using custom filter hook ip-geo-block-public like this: https://gist.github.com/tokkonopapa/b624f7fde98aaaedc6b6061b9eff0711

Please try followings:
1. Configure “Blacklist of country code” and “Specify the target” in “Front-end target settings” section to block specific countries on specific pages.
2. Download https://gist.github.com/tokkonopapa/b624f7fde98aaaedc6b6061b9eff0711/archive/50e289a5158b0f4c7bd43f412e7ad379f8a4b6f3.zip and unzip it. You can find drop-in.php that includes KR for blacklist. You can add more countries if you want.
3. Put drop-in.php into the directory of geolocation API library on your server using FTP or some file managers. Typically, it’s /wp-content/ip-geo-api/ or /wp-content/uploads/ip-geo-api/.
