Blocking days

Hello!

I’m having a littel bit of trouble with one specific thing of the plugin. It is a wonderfull plugin, but I don’t know if I can block an specific day once it already has bookings in it, like whenever I want to, I can block a day becuase I see there are enough bookings, but without establishing a maximum capacity.
Would it be possible?

Another question I have is that when I add the “quantity” dropdown to my form, I can’t change the label “quantity”. As the webpage is in Spanish, I would need to change it, is there an option for that? I was not able to find it. If I have to do it by changing the code, would you please facilitate me in which file do I have to look? Anyway I would prefer if I could change it directly on the form editor bc the page will be multilingual, and I was not planning on including a translating plugin.
