Blocking Download Files

    Cleantalk is blocking the download of files from our site. We have a dropdown that allows the user to choose a file type and then they select it and click a download button and it should open up a PDF in a new tab and allow the user to download it. Instead it is just opening up the same page in a new tab. When I disable clean talk it works again.

    Here is an example: https://www.afgsci.com/product/indomethacin/

    Under Certificate of Analysis is where it is occuring.

    I’ve tried to do the same right now, for the first try, I get the same page, for the second try I got that needs – PDF downloading page.

    Is this button a self-made code instance or you used any third-side plugin to implement this?

    The download button works. Sometimes it’s needed to press it twice. Do you think this may be connected with CleanTalk? If so, then please contact us by our private Ticket System to continue the investigation:
