Hi @sachristan!
This may be a false-positive block due to scripts running to retrieve images and other files.
From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now try checking for images in the way shown above (and any other places they should show). This will help Wordfence learn that this action is normal and it will allow it in the future. After you have finished, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly going forward.
https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/ is a great resource for learning more about the WAF and learning mode. That page also includes a method for checking the blocked action(s) in your Live Traffic page manually just in case Learning Mode doesn’t give the expected result.
Thanks,
Peter.
This did not work, we set it to learning, went to the plugin missing graphics and refreshed the page, still missing graphics. We returned it to protect and it still missing the graphics. Did we miss a step? We pay for premium care.
If you’re a premium customer @sachristan, as we can’t discuss that version here on the forums as ww.wp.xz.cn provide them for our free plugin. If you didn’t already, please open a support ticket at https://support.wordfence.com that your license gives you access to. Thanks!
