    Almost all emails are getting blocked, and when I tried testing the form, those got blocked, too. Why?

    I just tried marking submissions as Not Spam, but it only says it has whitelisted the user. That doesn’t help me with other users.

    The issue is related to the WP Rocket caching plugin. Some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly, which causes incorrect filtering.

    To fix it, please add the ‘js’ folder (plugins\cleantalk-spam-protect\js) to the ‘defer’ exclusion of your cache plugin.

    Please don’t forget to clear the cache after all actions!

    FYI: There is a section in WPRocket where it lists plugins it recognizes for exclusions, and yours is in there.

    I checked the requests in your Anti-Spam log and made my own. At this point, as we understand it, the problem has been resolved. There should be no false positives. Let us know if this is not the case.

    We are still getting a bunch of real emails blocked. I went in again and marked them as not spam. Why is this happening?

    Same issue with missing parameters. However, only for some of your visitors.

    I have reduced filters. Please monitor for a while.
