Blocking Spam Bots without telling them why

Hi Team,

I’m a new cleantalk customer and have found your tool effective so far. One piece of feedback i’d give is to allow us to customise error messages or for you to customise error messages in a way where a malicious actor doesn’t know why they’ve been blocked.

I ran a test using a spam email in your data base and a form entry was effectively blocked as expected. However, it gave out this error message: “*** Forbidden. Sender blacklisted. ***”

In my opinion this is too much information given to a threat actor. I looked for ways to customise error messages but we do not have the option to. So i plead with the team to please change the error message to “oops something went wrong” or something else that isn’t so clear to a malicious actor. Thanks 🙂
