Does anyone know how to use <blockquote> in a text widget?
Yes, sorry, that’s what I meant

After you add it does it appear in the source code of the page?

Is the issue that the blockquote does not take the appearance you want?
Yes. It doesn’t have any styling whatssoever
I know the style works elsewhere because I’ve used it on one of my pages.
what theme are you using?
can you post a link to your site to illustrate the blockquote issue in a the textwidget?
have you tried using a browser inspection tool to see how and where in the styles the blockquote is formatted?
Yes I have.
Here’s the page:
I want the quote in the side bar to look like the quote in the main text which I’ve styled in custom.css.
I’m using Canvas and the widget is woosidebar.
