I have realized that some blocks look different depending on your access level. In this example, I am using Ultimate Blocks plugin but I have checked other blocks plugins with the same results. This is the aspect showed by the page when you have administrator level:

    https://prntscr.com/vgmlly

But when you are logged in as a free user you can see this:

    Thank you in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Ok. I’m going to explain it in detail.
If you see this screen https://prntscr.com/vh7i4v you may see the “tabbed content” “Ultimate Blocks” block that is shown with the last tab highlighted (the block is marked with a red square).
But if you try to go to https://msm-data.com/utilidades you will see that the block is not shown as it is but it is shown like this: https://prntscr.com/vh7nbf. You can use user “free” and password “free” if you are asked to logging

    Hi,

This might be related to your theme. For testing purposes, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Nineteen?

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Yes. You are right. I have changed to Twenty Nineteen and the block is shown correctly no matter the member level.

Now the thing is that I need to use my previous theme. Any idea about what should I touch maybe in CSS? Maybe setting up a higher level to the free membership? At the moment I only need 3 levels: no logged in, normal logged in customer and logged in admin.

    Thanks

Unfortunately we only maintain and manage our plugin. You will have to get in contact with the theme developers. Sorry about this.

If you don’t need any more help, can you mark this support thread as resolved.

    Thank you
