Blocks users from logging in

I am using page restrict to only allow users of my site to access the shop page soundear.com/ny – this has been working up until recently.
But now, when I try to access the page via the login prompt as either a regular user or admin of the site, I reach a blank page with the message “Blocked” in the upper left corner.
Please advice any suggestions on how to fix this.
