When you create a thread on the WordPress forums, you have the possibility to enter the URL in the “Link to the page you need help with” field, this allows us to check the behavior.
I recommend to start by narrowing down the cause of the issue; enable Safe Mode under Complianz -> Tools to disable all integrations and check if the issue still occurs.
If it’s resolved by doing so, one of the integrations that was disabled during Safe Mode was likely related to the issue. You can then disable Safe Mode, and determine which specific Integration (Complianz -> Integrations -> Services / Plugins) causes the issue to occur, and once you find the culprit, leave that one disabled specifically.
If you’re still unable to determine the cause of the issue upon performing the above steps, you can send a support request with a link to the website to support(at)complianz.io.
