• Hi,

I am using Generate Press Child Theme.

When in the customiser editor window I have selected to use 2 columns to display my blog posts. It shows correctly in 2 columns when the customiser is active, but once that’s closed, the blog posts only show one column.

Im very new to learning WordPress – can anyone help me?

    Thanks

  • Hi there,

Blog Columns are a feature of the GeneratePress Premium plugin. And WordPress forbids us from providing support for paid plugins in this forum.

You will need to raise a support topic in our premium support forum

Maybe I have used the wrong terminology but as far as Im aware I do not pay for a premium plug-in.

I have 2 columns showing on a different page on the site:

    https://sadayoga.co.uk/category/sessions/yoga-nidra/

But it isnt working on the blog page…

Im guessing it might be to do with the menu on the side bar?

Your site is using several functions that are only available in GP Premium such as Blog Columns, Infinite scroll, Masonry, GP Elements and others.
If you did not pay for the plugin then maybe you should question why you’re using the plugin.
And as i stated above, we are forbidden to provide support in this instance as you’re using a paid for plugin on your site.

Thanks for the reply, Im very new to learning WordPress and managing my site. A friend created the site for me (no longer in contact with) and I have recently taken it over and learning as I go. I appreciate your help. Thanks again

    You’re welcome
