Blog commenting doesn’t work

This could be self inflicted since I’ve been messing around with the code 🙂

I have enabled comments for the latest post and when one tries to comment the sidebar refreshes and no comment box appears.

Notes:
1. The Recent Posts links don’t send you directly to the appropriate article.
2. I installed Filosofo Home page control to bring the blog down into the subsite: /resources

I have tried FTPing/replacing the original index.php file but no luck.
Any ideas?
