Can you see them in your your dashboard? Have you cleared all your cache?

I just checked my comments section on the dashboard side just now. They’ve also disappeared from there too.
There are comments I made to people that no longer have the comments they left there attached. It’s not an isolated incident either. They have disappeared randomly and it’s very highly unlikely a large group of people decided to remove comments all in the same week.
Do you have any idea what could cause such a thing and what I should try to do about it?

I couldn’t really find much information regarding this issue, but try first reading that post and checking the areas that the author outlines.
