Hi, thanks for reaching out.
Once you’ve assigned your posts page from Settings > Reading, you can set the blog layout from Customize > Theme Settings > Blog.
https://siteorigin.com/corp-documentation/theme-settings/blog/
It’s also possible to insert a layout into any page using Page Builder by SiteOrigin and the Post Loop widget.
I am quite new to WP and still learning my way through. IT would be of great help if you can share Offset Blog Layout and Alternate Blog Layout. Apologies for being persistent.
Hi, thanks for your reply. The two methods I’ve described above are the only ways you can make use of those layouts. Those two options with a little more detail are:
1. Set your blog/posts page from Settings > Reading. Next, go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Settings > Blog > Blog Archive Layout. Choose the layout you want to use for the blog.
or
2. Install Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Go to any page, if you’re using the Classic Editor, click the Page Builder tab. If you’re using the Block Editor, insert a SiteOrigin Layout Block. Next, insert a Post Loop widget and choose the blog layout you’d like to make use of.
Thank you for quick reply and for providing the steps to create it.
