Blog Post Gallery, move position

So currently I have a blog post that features a Gallery and the post format is also Gallery.
Is there a way to move the Gallery so that it is at the bottom of the posts content, so currently the post looks like this.

Post Heading
Post Content
Tags
Footer

And I want it to look like this..

Any help on how to achieve this would be great.
