For this follow the steps given below

First of all, you create category.php file in the appointment-green child theme package,

After that, copy the code of this link:- https://pastebin.com/DvyXtU5i and paste it into the category.php file.

Now you check your website.

For this use below code in custom css filed ( Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> header setting >> custom css filed )

.col-md-6:nth-child(2n+1){ clear:left; }
