Blog Post Title CSS

Hello,

I am trying to add a hover feature to my post title in the elementor post widget. The post widget doesn’t have a hover feature for post titles.

I figured the css for it but it only works for background color and not color by itself. Here is the code:

.elementor-post__title:hover{background-color:#0A4796;}

I tried other coding but so far background-color shows changes and I need to blog post title to have the hover feature and not the background. Thank you
