Blog posts on separate page

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to get the blog posts to appear both below featured pages as well as on a separate page called “blog”?.

I have set up the blog page but when I try to rearrange the blog content I suppose I must do the changes both under Settings/Reading and under CustomizIT/Front page – and I cannot find out how to make these settings right to present the blog content in both places. url: http://www.lundinpr.se
