Blog Posts Page Issue – Link Inside

I have a blog post page setup on my website. The problem is the amount of information it displays for each post is inconsistent.

Notice the first blog post at the link below contains nearly the whole page. The second blog post only has 2 lines of text before being cut off by “continue reading”

How can I make the amount of characters the same for each blog post snippet?
