Blog Shutdown! Help!

    I recently was working on my website:
    http://www.laiddownlover.com
    and I got this error:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/blogmach/public_html/wp-content/themes/f8-lite/theme-options.php on line 25

    I can only log onto my page through my website, and when I try to go t o my website that’s all that comes up. How do I fix this error to make my site accessible again without being able to log on?
