Blog title

Sorry for my English, I hope it’s at least understandable. I created a site with a page for the blog (not the frontpage) and I would like to add a title for the page, an heading above all the posts of the blog.
Something like:

<h1>Blog</h1>

<h2>post 1 title</h2>
<p>post 1 text</p>

<h2>post 2 title</h2>
<p>post 2 text</p>

etc.

I need to add the title ‘Blog’. Is it possible?
