Bloglovin has wrong URL

I like your plugin. I noticed that the URL for Bloglovin, shown as http://www.bloglovin.com/en/blog/username, is incorrect.

Bloglovin does not use /en/blog/username. Instead, they use bloglovin.com/username.

I’ve tried to fix this, but am unable to find where to change it.
Changing the text on social-stickers.php does nothing.

Please help.
