Bluehost woes

I have been using Contact7 on a site hosted by Ipage for years. Your plugin is awesome, but IPage is less so, and I’m in the process of migrating to Bluehost. I have an *exact copy* of my Ipage site up and running on Bluehost, and everything works *except* Contact7. I get “your message didn’t send try later.” I tried Forminator, and it works, but I don’t like it nearly as well as Contact7. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for whatever help you can provide.
