For some reason the thumbnail images appear blurry. Can someone help me with this please?

What is the RSS URL you are using?

Looks like it’s pulling the 75px x 75px thumbnail. If I set it to that dimension then it won’t blur. But I would like to make the thumbnails 200px x 200px.
