    Hello MDMedia,

    We have checked your site and found that you have using width on image, we should not use width instead we should use max-width on image and once try to upload bigger size image and check it and also you can send us wp-admin login details in our email [email protected] so that we can fix your problem through online.

    Hi

    I’m impressed you guys have replied. As you can see I have managed to get it working but I uncovered some more problems in the process.

    I did try and upload an image that was 10x times bigger. And it did not work. Then I then realized that the logo option in customizer was missing after I had uploaded the logo image?!..

    And it still is.

    So I ended up creating a hi res image. Physically renaming it the same file name as the logo I wanted to change.

    Then uploaded it to the website using FTP. And this is what you see now. I was going to write that in a new ticket. But I’ll leave the details here and send you over the log in for you to see for yourself.
