I can see a custom size option, how do I define what the custom size is?

Hi, I have custom size set and I’ve put 160 in the fixed height option, they are now the same size but I want them as a larger square. I tried putting 250 in the fixed height option but this didn’t change anything
I tried ticking the ‘equal height’ button but this makes the images disappear
