I have blurry thumbnails in checkout order summary section
-
Check the size of the image. For example, if you uploaded an image that is 1000 x 1000 px and your settings are at only 300 x 300 px the image could look blurry, so try changing the image size settings to “Full”
Thanks for reply, The images are showing without any blur, but it blurs only on checkout page in order summary, also please tell me how to change settings to Full?
Hi @anassal
I have blurry thumbnails in checkout order summary section
From what I understand, you’re dealing with blurry thumbnails in your checkout order summary section, right?
It seems like the blurriness only happens on your checkout page, despite the images appearing sharp in other parts of your site. This might be because of the thumbnail sizes used specifically on that page.
Here’s a suggestion to fix this: try regenerating your thumbnails. You can do this by:
1. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Go to
WooCommerce > Status > Tools.3. Find the ‘Regenerate Shop Thumbnails‘ option.
4. Click on the ‘Regenerate‘ button on the right.

This will start the process of regenerating your thumbnails. Please note that this could take some time depending on the number of images on your site. 👉 You can learn more about Fixing Blurry Product Images Here
After the thumbnails have been regenerated, you should also clear your browser cache. This can usually be done in your browser settings, but the exact steps can vary depending on the browser you’re using. Clearing the cache will ensure that your browser is loading the latest version of your site, including the regenerated thumbnails.
If the issue persists after regenerating the thumbnails and clearing your browser cache, please let us know so we can continue to assist you.
also please tell me how to change settings to Full
As for your question about changing the image size settings to ‘Full’, here’s how:
- Navigate to your WordPress dashboard and go to
Appearance > Customize. - Look for the
WooCommerceoption in the menu and click on it. - Under
WooCommerce, you’ll find an option called ‘Product Images‘. Click on this. - Here, you can find the ‘
Uncropped‘ option. Selecting this option will ensure that your images appear as they are, without any cropping.

📌 Just a note, this will display all images in their original aspect ratio, which might make them look different unless they’re all the same size and resolution. 👉 You can learn more about WooCommerce Customizer – Manage Store Notice, Catalog View, and Product Images Here

Thanks for these tips, I will try all of these except uncropped images because it don’t look good at all.
Hi @anassal
Thanks for these tips, I will try all of these except uncropped images because it don’t look good at all.
I’m really glad you’re open to trying out the suggestions I provided, like regenerating your thumbnails and clearing your browser cache. These steps might just be the solution to the problem you’re experiencing.
You mentioned not wanting to use uncropped images, and that’s completely okay. The uncropped setting is just one of the many options available. It’s crucial to pick the one that complements your site’s aesthetic. The main goal here is to make sure the thumbnail size aligns with the size of the image container on the checkout page. If the image is too small, it might look blurry when the site tries to stretch it to fit.
If you still have the same issue after trying these steps, please don’t hesitate to reach back out to us. We’re always here to assist you. And if you have any other questions or need more help, feel free to ask.
