I cant seem to change the border colour

I used with the # and without, also cleared my browser and wordpress cach but nothing helps, can anyone help?

Please is anyone else having difficulty with the border colour?

sometimes it changes then it changes back! grrr any help welcome!

Really really want to find a solution to this, I find some locations on my site is correct However on the main landing page it is not showing correctly….

Author can you suggest something?
