    Which email template are you using? Or is this the case throughout all templates? What version of the plugin are you running?

    Make sure to test by deactivating plugins and activating a standard theme.

    This is on a live site. The version is Version 1.4.1. Also, since installing the plugin, the link in the reset password email is invalid.

    The main email we are wanting to edit is the order processing email.

    Hey,
    Have you tried deactivating plugins and activating a standard theme?

    In my tests, there are no issue with the reset password email. I also don’t have any one of the other 40,000+ users reporting this that I am aware of. So please test with your plugins deactivated and using a standard theme. If you are worried about it on a live site I suggest you make a staging site for testing.

    Or that you put your site in maintenance mode using a maintain plugin.

    @sagraphics That’s because you copied the email template into your theme directory. Go to woocommerce email settings and delete that template, then this plugin will work.
